supose i can translate the game into bogan, im sure Ram could help with that too. all he has to do is make a quick trip down to sydney at kings cross and study the wildlife for a day.

Oh, yeah, I kinda had taken the lead on this project with that one forum Maxey posted. This thread reminded me, I haven’t been able to find a tutorial to make/modify subtitles for mods, which would be the main tool needed. Time to raid the Google again!

But yeah, it’s a matter of waiting for the mod to be released first. And I personally think it would be great if people who were willing to help translate were native speakers of the language they want to translate the game into, and highly, highly proficient in English (in order to avoid making the devs look bad, you know).

We’ll see. As for me, I finished translating all the lines from the original HL1 some time ago, so Spanish translation of the mod shouldn’t take long.

Time to patiently wait for teh blackmesaz.

I did translate some lines into Russian back on the old forum. But it didn’t make much sense because we were working with the original Half-Life lines, so let’s just wait for the BM development team to release the subtitles
