Second shot is from Eurogamer’s “Tech Analysis: Titanfall beta on Xbox One and PC”, which was comparing with this shot from the Xbox One.
The article said this regarding the PC shot:
Outside of a marked improvement in the resolution department, the actual effects, shadow quality and textures appear largely like-for-like.
…when there’s actually better lighting and shadows present in the game on PC at maximum settings.
The effects probably weren’t patched in after the writing of the article, as they also appear in the loading screen for that scene.

Third shot is just an interesting graphical oddity caused by SGSSAA, unrelated to the first two shots (aside from the scene used)
