That’s what fans generally do.
Right but that was one fucking big fan. A job that smaller fans could have easily done, without being so dangerous. I would really like to see what alternative the Devs have made for this area. I hope they change the puzzle to make it so if you don’t know what you’re doing, you won’t have to load a previous save. Puzzles that can trap you suck.
i thought rockets use liquid O2 anyways.
Raminator:
Lead developer and rocket scientist!
I suppose opening doors and having to interact with the environment in any other way probably ruined it for you too? What a weenie.
:retard:
i have no idea what you said but i feel more attached.
It’s simple. Fire/Combustion needs heat, fuel & oxygen. An oxidant is a chemical that can easily transfer oxygen. Then he lists a bunch of fuels used.
It’s still nice knowing this much detail goes into the level designs.
if they where not there the thing you turn on might over heat?
Don’t forget Jizz Doctor.
EDIT: Dammit, Darkone.
EDIT: Dammit, top of the page.
IRL, you are a forensic scientist, correct? Anyways, if you are, that would explain your extensive background in science, chemistry and physics in particular.
Anyways, the red and Blue tubes represent the Fuel source and Oxygen (as clearly labeled, te-he).
the thing i don’t understand is what type of engine the ris used in Blast Pit.
i don’t think it’s a LR87 engine which were originally fuelled by RP-1 and liquid oxygen. Because the liquid oxygen was cryogenic, it could not be stored in the missile for long periods of time, and had to be loaded before the missile could be launched. When the airforce intoduced the Titan II, it was converted to use Aerozine-50 and nitrogen tetroxide, which were hypergolic, and were storable at room temperature, so they could remain in their tanks for long periods, allowing Titan II missiles to be launched quickly if a threat was detected, this would explain why The rocket in OAR was able to be launched with little effort. For the type of test chamber in Blast pit, it suggests it could have been a way of testing solid fuel rocket engines. you know, instead of just formulas on paer, what is the right amount of Fuel X to O2.
Still though, the Giant fan could have an open service panel with a dangling wire instead of a switch, would just make more sense.
I don’t want anything made by Raminator in the mod.
We were all thinking it, someone had to say it…
I disagree, i want to see everything Raminator did. i also want to see his name and famous nose on every wall, map, model and prop he had a hand in creating or placing.
So I guess it just further proves my point. I would say it was good knowing you Ram, but it wasn’t. Pack your shit and leave.
I don’t want to see scientists with pretty noses. I mean-
I don’t want to see crates floating upward at a 30 degree angle whenever I decide to pick them up and drop them, or push/pull them. And sparks flying in every direction when metal props hit the ground.
some on find him and destroy his comp before he gets black mesa delayed to 3000.
Joke’s on you, I’m posting on a dolphin.
Things you don’t want to see in BMS?
Your mom
(Or would I… )
Someone call peta.
Your post got cut off by four hours…
I couldn’t be arsed to quote. Big whoop, wanna fight about it?
