So I have a DOTA2 guest passe. I wonder if I should be a terrible person and try to sell it for cash - I really want to get a Harry Potter book, but alas, no five bucks :frowning:

I’m not much of a fan of multiplayer battle area games like DOTA2. Sorry, Jokerine.

Why do the terms “Eat and run,” and “Dine and dash,” mean two completely different things when the words themselves mean the same thing?

Surely when I’m eating breakfast, I’m not dining. Nor am I dashing when I’m running at 6mph.

I finally got around to learning how to use a stringer, so I just spent some time using my recurve bow for the first time in months. It was really fun, but my fingers aren’t used to shooting, so it became very painful to shoot after a while and my aim turned to shit.

I’m gonna need to buy some gloves or whatever they’re called if I want to keep this up.

Apparently I have a serious lack of AA batterys and now the last one has died so now I’m stuck with barely working internet and no mouse and way to hung over to do anything other than sit around and be super lazy.

I just recently watched the original/intended ending to the Rick Moranis/Steve Martin version of “Little Shop of Horrors”. Spoilers in the dark gray:

[COLOR=’#151515’]The movie ends with Audrey not being able to survive being eaten by the plant. She reprises “Somewhere That’s Green” before dying, pleading with Seymour to feed her to the plant so that she will always, in a way, be with him. He does as she wishes and Audrey is eaten. Distraught, Seymour climbs to the top of Audrey’s apartment building intent on leaping to his death but is stopped by Patrick Martin, who wants to buy clippings of Audrey II to sell and create little Audrey II clones, and Seymour will get a cut of the profits. Angered at this, Seymour climbs back down off the roof to confront Audrey II. Audrey II sings “Mean Green Mother” while attacking Seymour and it leads to the destruction of Mushnik’s flower shop where Seymour is killed and eaten. The clippings of Audrey II, however, quickly grow into a menace, going on a man-eating rampage, battling the army and ending up covering the Statue of Liberty’s head, while “Don’t Feed the Plants” plays, warning the audience to not give into evil temptations.

While I much prefer the one most well known (Seymour kills Audrey II, and Audrey and Seymour finally getting that home Audrey sung about in “Somewhere That’s Green”), the original ending had a certain…charm? I dunno.

My curiosity has been quenched about the author’s original intent and I’ll just watch the “revised” ending which, in my opinion, is still better.

Getting access to ‘alternate endings’ is always a catch 22.

In some cases you wind up enjoying and appreciating the official ending much better, but in other cases you find yourself cheated and almost angry that the ending was not the alternate.

Everytime I think about it, I feel a little grrr over the movie ‘I am legend’, cuz unlike 90% of the population, I preferred the alternate ending over the theater version. For me it changed EVERYthing I had learned and though I understood so far. It seemed to have more depth to it. :s hrug: oh well.

I am drinking Soda Water. It is quite nice

^ haha random.

Ohh my god this is amazing…

Is that one of those things where people keep adding more and more stuff to the picture?

This morning I dreamed I was adding my own flavoring to soda water.

WHY WOULD YOU FLAVOR YOUR SELTZER EVER WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU YOU GODDAMN HEATHEN

Because I wanted a coke, but all I had were the ingredients to mix it up.

did you like the taste ? :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Seltzer is delicious on its own. The carbonation itself is flavor enough.
