I canā€™t feel anything in any way in my dreams. Usually Iā€™m not even in them. And theyā€™re always in third-person.

Thatā€™s interesting. Third-person dreams are more common in children, and tend to become less as a person ages. But there have been questions regarding adults who report a high incidence of third person dreams, specifically regarding whether these people also experience third person autobiographical memory, which is interesting in that adults that have this memory frame have distinctly different psychological profiles from those who have a first person memory frame.

EDIT: I experienced total ego loss on some potentā€¦things (can we even mention pseudo-elicit substances anymore?). It was very strange. I knew that my body belonged to me but I wasnā€™t me. I referred to myself in third person to those I was with and said we would discuss certain topics when I returned tomorrow ("ME: ā€œI would advise you speak to Chris about that tomorrow when he returnsā€).
