I once went to an Ethiopian (East African?) Restaurant. Pretty good, but it was quite awkward to eat with that rolled-bread thing.
I had Ethiopian food once. Hated it. I, too, had the sponge-bread thing…and some sort of chicken thing. How can they screw up chicken, I ask you? I’m sure it was tasty to those that like Ethiopian food, but I couldn’t wait to get a burger afterwards. 
Id rather anything over Brussels sprouts.
