Eat small, but constant meals a day. To maintain my physique I do the following on workdays:
Breakfast at 0730 (after pt) usually 4-5 eggs, turkey bacon/cereal/toast w/ pbutter
Followup at 0930 with a protein shake
Lunch at 1230 Turkey/Tuna/ Sandwiches w/Fruit/vegs
Followup at 1430 with Protein Shake
Dinner at 1700 usually consisting of whatever I want.
Followup at 2030-2100 with Protein Shake
Doing this I lost around 100lbs in body fat with Mon-Fri Exercise (That was b4 I joined) and now maintain a healthy BMI while staying within regs. If you exercise enough and keep your metabolism up then you can enjoy whatever foods/drink you normally would.
