Eat small, but constant meals a day. To maintain my physique I do the following on workdays:

Breakfast at 0730 (after pt) usually 4-5 eggs, turkey bacon/cereal/toast w/ pbutter

Followup at 0930 with a protein shake

Lunch at 1230 Turkey/Tuna/ Sandwiches w/Fruit/vegs

Followup at 1430 with Protein Shake

Dinner at 1700 usually consisting of whatever I want.

Followup at 2030-2100 with Protein Shake

Doing this I lost around 100lbs in body fat with Mon-Fri Exercise (That was b4 I joined) and now maintain a healthy BMI while staying within regs. If you exercise enough and keep your metabolism up then you can enjoy whatever foods/drink you normally would.

how can you ā€œhate vegetablesā€

like all vegetables are alike

I know they are all different, and I hate them all for different reasons.

Eggs and bacon? You are going to die before you hit 45! How about a more healthy and filling way to have breakfast? These shakes are great substitutes for breakfast and lunch. Because of the fiber in it, it keeps you filled up.

Holy crap you must be really active and/or train and workout a lot to process that much protein while losing weight.

Indeed. I’m particularly fond of cucumbers and peppers myself. Nothing beats a good salad (except maybe a good steak, rarest possible.)

Oh yes tomato cream is awesome. I like them in salad too, with black olives, feta cheese and olive oil. Or as an appetizer, sliced with onions, capers and a dash of white balsamic vinegar on top

Yup. Considering that we do 5+mile runs Daily, then muscle failure. Along with the actual combat training we do usually 99.9% of the time in full battlerattle then after the duty day I spend about an hour at the gym and don’t even get me started on friday PT :fffuuu:.

edit: derp, I meant to put in my original post ā€œlost about 100lbs in body fat.ā€ My actual weight as only dropped around 20lbs (that was the beginning, now it just idles @ 200.)
