It’s not about it being funny, it’s about recognizing intent.
Witty comeback there.
But let’s stop bullshitting. this isn’t about my sense of humor. This is about past resentments regarding moderating. You can complain about it on the live chat if you really have nothing else to talk about, but don’t do it here.
Tiki was lucky that it was me that handled that, otherwise he was going to be permabanned. So stop bickering about it, rot and Jethro. I’m not going to say it again - no complaints about the new rules, moderating, or moderators in the threads, and that’s no joke.
Stop bickering about it
Enough bickering guys, we don’t need this in the chat thread. [COLOR=‘Red’]STAHP!
Just finished watching the first season of Dexter
I enjoyed it
First season was the best, then it slowly goes downhill from there. I lost interest after season 3.
Honestly, I’ve never seen the appeal. From the people I’ve spoken about it with (and this is nothing personal against anyone reading this) it seems to have some factors that strike me as the kinda thing that appeals to the Saw crowd.
Since I don’t want to accuse watchers of any, eh, possible questionable personality traits, I’ll just leave it as another one of those police procedurals [COLOR=‘Yellow’]WITH A LEMON TWIST
I hope those lemons don’t get stolen by whores.
Time for bed.

Loud noises!
No, not at all really. It is more of an adult drama really. I watch it for the interesting characterization and the plot. Everything else is secondary.
The problem I have with the series is that Dexter who is a self proclaimed psychopath, exhibits signs of being non-psychopathic. I find that strange. I thought it would work into the plot later, but it seems now that the writers haven’t done their research. It has let me down.
Yeah, i didn’t really get the “saw crowd” thing, mostly because I typically don’t like those types of movies at all.
That is unfortunate that they don’t work that stuff into the plot later on though
The only people I’ve talked to about Dexter have been the kind that aren’t seeking realistic characters, merely looking forward to Dexter’s next slaughter. Hopefully they’re in the minority.
I saw a porn about that (and for all I know in my “just woke up” state, that was what you were referring to).
That wasn’t the one I was thinking of. They must have done it more than once.
It’s finally snowing today, the first time this season.
I’m in a Christmas mood now, actually, and I have no idea why. I’ve barely even been outside today, and nobody’s really advertising or decorating for Christmas yet.
And here I am drinking Julmust at this very moment.
I personally really hope this is one of those years where it doesn’t snow until February, but I don’t know how that’ll go. Snow’s probably coming rather late, though, we’re in November and still generally staying above zero.
Two years ago we had three meter mounds at this point, but that was the coldest winter since the the 40s. Or like the 1870s, depending on the part of the country.

Moderators are supposed to be hated. It is the rule. If they are not, then they are not properly doing their job. amirite?!
Dexter is the second thing I watch after Walking Dead. If I could watch them at the same time without doing serious damage to my brain I would. But yeah, Dexter is fascinating to me. Watching him get himself painted into a corner and then easily springs out of it gets me every time. And don’t compare Dexter with Saw. Dexter is the consummate garbage man that we all enjoy secretly idolizing. Saw is just a sick twisted gore fest.
I know how to make KILLER real lemon aid. My kid made almost 10 bucks selling it for 25cents a glass on the corner. yeah. I have moments of greatness.
Snowing here in Denver. I am not ready for Christmas.
still no snow here in montreal, crazy because it is waaay up north and should be covered with snow right now but these past few days we had temperatures as high as 10C above 0
I don’t hate anyone. I really don’t. But I felt like defending myself was not in my best interest.
As I was driving back from town today, it was snowing pretty heavily. Then, out of nowhere, I crossed a threshold, I guess, and it was completely sunny and dry. I’ve been here for six years but I’m still not quite used to Colorado’s fickle weather.
