I accomplished a great feat today. Instead of spending $20 on the Doom 3 BFG edition, I edited a few lines of a .cfg to play the original in 1920x1080. Part of that feeling of accomplishment comes from the fact that it flat out didnât work 6 months ago when I tried. Edit .cfg, load game, 640x480. Exit game, edit .cfg again, load game, 640x480. Repeat, get frustrated, uninstall.
