I hope this is a good place for this suggestion, I hope to see Dr. Magnusson. I think that valve said that he was based on or inspired by the scientist who said "Gorden doesn’t need to hear this he’s a highly trained professional. Magnusson himself mentions the thing with the microwave so that could be another good place to put him. I also like the idea of the three scientists you talk to just before going into the test chamber being Magnusson, Vance, and Kleiner. I’d love to see those three and Gorden all in the same room just before the cascade, that would help establish there association together and it would make Magnusson’s first appearance in the Half life two series less abrupt and weird.
Also I know that Barny is supposed to be the guard you see on the train but I think that should be reconsidered. Seeing how Blue shift isn’t going to be remade it doesn’t really have to be him standing in that spot, and having him being one of the guards Gorden interacts with in the game established a relationship between the two characters. Otherwise in half life 2 when you first see him he’s pretty much some guy you’ve never met before who acts like he knows you. I think the guard who first shoots the zombies could work. He calls Gorden by name so it’s implied they already know each other, and he could offer you a beer when you pass him before the cascade.

Magnusson is not going to appear in Black Mesa. It’s been brought up many times and the answer is always no.
-
Barney was not in the Anomalous Materials labs. In fact, all the security guards in that sector were (or can be) killed which makes the hole thing redundant.

It’s spelled Gordon

It’s spelled Kliener

I’m going to agree with spycrabz for once.
Will security guards and scientests be able to improve their cooking skills with practices like the sim in “the sims 2&3”?
Will you improve your question and stop playing troll ?
