So, this one is relatively minor, but it is rage-inducing for me.
I was just charged a late fee on my credit card. I paid on December 30th for a payment due on the 3rd. And the late fee was placed directly after the “Payment - Thank you!” entry on my statement. 
And now I have to wait until Monday to get it cleared up. Hope I don’t get a hit on my credit report in the meanwhile.

I did say it was “relatively minor”. I should say that the payment was due on the 3rd of January, so I paid early yet still got hit with a late fee.

Apple’s service outside of the warranty period, but with the EU Consumer’s Right (2 year warranty on non-user-inflicted failure) = call them, 5 days later still no sign of UPS.

I see where the problem is. It’s because people are too lazy to physically go to the Apple store themselves. My african-american friend brings back dozens of stolen iphones for refund every week with no issues so far. He’s been doing it since the Iphone 3GS came out.
There’s no Apple Store in Belgium. Only resellers that have to go through the same process us customers have to go through.
Anyway, UPS claimed they came by on Friday, which is a lie… But did come by yesterday, so the phone is off to the repaircenter now.
