Fancy: Misspelling words and not using proper grammar doesn’t automatically make things cool.

Man, nobody understand the word comin out your mouth, man.
Finally got around to seeing Blade Runner yesterday. I tried watching it before but the combination of it being slightly boring and it being midnight didn’t mix well.
I liked it. The ending was kind of weird, though. I need to see the ultimate cut.
Taxi Driver. Pretty damn good actually, a very interesting character study of a lonely man on the edge of society. The mood and the music when he’s driving around at night in the city is just great. I think it’s one of those ones you have to see a couple of times though to really appreciate.
My favorite was probably when the mic dipped into the shot, and Black Dynamite paused and looked at it. He didn’t pause for long, not even a second, but it had me LOLing.
I came in a little late, I guess I missed that.
Tangled. 75% d’awwww, 25% Zachary Levi mancrush.
Oh, I think I personally would’ve preferred that ending that. Oh well, still enjoyed it. Yeah Zombieland is great. And indeed an L4D movie could be a lot like it.
Oh and I don’t know how I forgot to mention this before, but: Emma Stone is ridiculously hot in Zombieland.
(By the way, you’re a Cave Story fan aren’t you? Or did you pick that bat up somewhere random?)
Watched A Clockwork Orange for the first time yesterday after just having finished the book the same day. Must say it was kinda dissapointing, by far not as good as the book.
If you guys liked Zombieland or anything zombie related, you should check out The Walking Dead, it’s a relatively new TV series from AMC, based off a series of graphic novels. While it may not be a movie, it’s probably the best Zombie related drama series I’ve ever seen. It’s kind of a shame the first season is only 6 episodes long and the second season doesn’t premiere until next year though.
On topic: I just watched Eraserhead, and i gotta say. What. The. Fuck. Weirdest movie I’ve ever seen. Don’t watch this one high, kids.
I love The Walking Dead so much. It’s the best series I’ve seen in ages.
Frank Darabont + Zombies = MAGIC
But yeah, only bad things about it are: Only 6 episodes, year wait for next season. Blah.
Just started watching it as well. I like it so far, zombies never get old.
my friends all tell me to watch it but i dont watch tv and it looks a bit dumb
i guess i will watch it on the internet though
I’ve only seen one episode, and all I can think is - that guy they left on the roof was handcuffed to a pipe, so naturally, when he finds a saw, instead of sawing through the handcuffs or the pipe, he cuts his fucking hand off. Incredible.
Also they sure seem to have a lot of dangerously unstable people in their community thing. I’d be more afraid of the survivors than the zombies if I were them.
It was implied (and by implied here, I mean explicitly stated) that the saw was too dull to cut through the pipe or handcuffs. Not too dull for bone or tendon, apparently!
Well, the title of the series isn’t referring to the zombies, if that makes sense.
^ I like that. I never thought about it that way.
As much as it is a show about surviving a zombie apocalypse, the zombies aren’t the central characters. I really hope Merle shows up in Season 2, handless and out for blood.
Black Dynamite is a truly fantastic movie. My life feels more complete having seen it.
I must have missed that too… and I read your post before getting to see it. I only noticed him pause once, in mid-sentence, shortly before the group in the foliage split up… some word starting with “st-”. I didn’t notice anything on the edge of the screen since the edges were kind of dark… was that when it happened?
I wouldn’t say fan but yes, the bat is from Cave Story. BTW, the background is red, not see-through. (the game is fun and the story is decent, but I keep getting stuck on the later bosses {the gauntlet of 3 at the very end right now} and not caring about finishing it too much)
Fridge, I’ll check it out, zombies are awesome usually.
Tiki: maybe. The room they were in at the time had wood paneling IIRC.
