The Half Life ending

I am confident the BM ending will be more scripted and cinematic than the original, which was just 6 agrunts playing their idle animation for about 3 seconds.

I also hope the part where G-man is teleporting around and drops says a few lines in a warzone is more epic, like you can see lazers and shit, falling buildings, crashing helicopters and stuff like that.

You jest but when I was looking for that pic of those vorts I found some pretty intense Vort-Alyx porn pics made by various dsiturbed teenage pervs.

Umm… may I ask for the links of these so-called pictures? Ya know, for examination

You may ask. You won’t get them and you’ll be branded a pervert weirdo freak, but you may ask. :fffuuu:

In Half-Life: Source i think you could fight them…but still you have to die if you refuse the G-man`s offer, then there is no point of HL

No, you couldn’t fight them in HL:S

Well he started a new game, so he hadn`t the weapons before he meets G-man, if he was continuing from the previous levels he should have guns and fight them to the last bullet…but he dies easily because they are a lot of aliens there

Er, in the original HL, at least, your weapons were stripped when you saw the G-man at the end. I haven’t played HL:S, but I’d guess that still happens.

Your weapons still get stripped, otherwise GMan’s speech wouldn’t make sense. Sorry Mu6o, but I’m afraid you are talking bullshit. :expressionless:

I saw it at a friend of mine…he was playing on source…hmm…so he did use cheats :fffuuu:

He must have a key bound to impulse 101 like the rest of us.

Cheaters…where is the joy from the game with cheats?

I never said I always used it. I always beat the game or the area before I use cheats on it.
Besides, noclip is useful when you get stuck in elevators, and I have to press two bound keys (I and O, respectively) to activate cheats, and restart the level so they take effect.

The Steam version of Opposing Force requires you to cheat, unfortunately, due to a bug. Sometimes glitches can happen and you need to use NoClip to fix them in general.

I play just HL2, for now, haven`t buy HL1(played in a friend), but i love the source engine, i want to marry the source engine

In other ways…cheats are not good…well noclip is good really in one or another situation

No it doesn’t.

Yeah it does. At least a few months ago it did. It was (I think) the scene where you saw GF teleport to Xen before you eventually teleported to Xen as well. Every time you tried to open the door to the area, the game crashed. It had to do with an update Steam made in order to improve multiplayer gameplay of some sort. There was a file you could replace in order to make the game work again, but it disabled Multiplayer. This is what I did. Other people had to noclip.

I played through that part last week. I didn’t mess with any files or anything and it worked perfectly fine.

It may be fixed by now. It’s not like I was going to bother play every week just to see, but neither did Steam make any announcements stating they fixed their goofup.

Well it must have been fixed then.
