TF2: the most unbalanced game ever made

garth just go away already

I disagreed with garth’s arguements, but hey to each his own opinion.

At least until I saw that ^. Then I didn’t care anymore.

I’m not sure whether the OP plays vanilla TF2 or valve content TF2, but many of these issues are non-existent in a Capture ‘N’ Hold game of TF2 with the vanilla ruleset.

See?

Ah. Case closed.

Well, every class has weak points. The most OP’d class is the Pyro IMO. You just sneak behind them with the Backburner and hold the mouse button.

The only reason the game is unbalanced IMO, is because of the new weapons, nothing else.

Talking shit about a class that you apparently have never played is just plain dumb - grow up Garth; I can’t believe I ever defended you.

Old Dirty Bastard was right, your threads suck.

P.S. I’m disappointed that you’re a supposed Atheist. Usually, Atheists are good at debating, but you just make people like me look bad.

I can’t believe I got banned defending you that one time – gtfo.

You’re surprised? Tf2 is free to play now! They’re going to release tons of buyable “op” weapons. And anyways… Tf2 wasnt unbalanced in the beginning. Maybe you just suck.

I be atheist. I am half-assed at debating. I can give logical reasons most of the time, but they are worth rat shit. :stuck_out_tongue:

I’m a little late to the party, but I certainly got a kick out of garth pretending he knows TF2 after playing ~11 hours total…bravo.

Since I certainly did not read all of his mindless rambling, his main points I noticed are that spies and huntsman snipers are the most fun classes and engies are OP. First off, garth, let me just say that trying to pick the most fun class is retarded and a matter of opinion determined by one’s preferred play style. Basically, since you have so much fun avoiding direct confrontation by either killing everyone from far away or needing to cloak and backstab…youre basically a huge pussy, and you bitching about engies certainly helps prove it. In no way are engies OP, one thing you dont seem to think about is how most engies play defense and do not get tons of kills, unless players are retarded and rush SGs like noobs. Engies generally have the boring but vital job of babysitting intel/choke points waiting for people. On top of that, known sentry positions are easy to avoid and/or destroy with ubers/teammates. Get some skill or find better teammates.

You say you love lucksman, er huntsman sniper. Hate to break it to you, but huntsman is one of the most bullshit weapons in the game. The hitboxes are gigantic, meaning you get way more headshots than you actually deserve. On top of that you can fire arrows long range and still do plenty of damage, including instant kill headshots, without even fully drawing the bow.

At least you attempt to play spy, a class that takes more than your measly 7 hours of time to get good at. Good spies are capable of alot, including killing your dreaded OP engies and destroying his sentries…single-handedly. If you were any good, you would not be complaining.

If you REALLY must pick an OP class (no class is truly OP, everything has a counter) my money is on pyro. I only play pyro, IMO the most versatile class in TF2 and excellent for capping/defending the intel. It is common for me to hold 3:1 KD while playing as an offensive/capping pyro. Weapons of choice are degreaser+axtinguisher. My tactics include reflecting projectiles and quick flame+crit axe. I am in no way a simple MW1 pyro. I reflect everything competently, including your precious huntsman arrows, direct hits, SG rockets, etc., all with relative ease. Pyros can counter every class in one way or another. Give me an uber and I can drop everything in my path, including multiple sentries, unless I am countered by another pyro’s airblast. What’s my point? You need more experience before you start bitching. Stop crying on a forum and go play more.

IMO, the most OP feature of TF2 are not classes, but rather random critical hits. Random crits is the worst idea ever, thank god for no random crit servers.

GTFO you dumbfuckistani worm.
You left, remember?

claps and cheers

Jeez, people, I told you already.
No one listened.

Wow, a 154 day ban by popular demand. Maybe now he will have more time with his Spanish lady friend whose existence is questionable.

It doesnt matter if she does exist:

I found it quite ironic that when i went to his profile page i saw an ad for those ‘Coexist’ stickers.

Wow that was a little harsh, 154 days is a long time.

Should’ve been permanent.

… a long time ago.

On the subject of temporary bans, if “by popular demand” gets you 154 days, how long would a metaphorical slap on the wrist get you?

A week, at most.
