TES V announced at last - it's Skyrim!

The console fixes a lot of what on a console would be a gamebreaking bug in mods.

Realizing that console has more than one meaning helps comprehension.

I lived in a small Italian community for several years - they haven’t changed much.:expressionless:

and Luigi fiddled as Vinny Petrucci’s pizza palace burned

…So Mario’s brother happily plays a string instrument in celebration of some Italian dude’s pizza business (that i’m unaware of) crumbling to the ground in flames?

I am confuse.

A modern reference to ancient Rome. https://www.phrases.org.uk/meanings/fiddling-while-rome-burns.html

lol. I learned something new atleast.

So about that dynamic snow…

No really, I wonder if there is going to be a maximum snow limit, or if you can mod it to bury the whole world.

I’m thinking that if you get too much snow it’ll drag the FPS down. Still be cool to have like 3 feet of snow despite it being a slideshow :stuck_out_tongue: .

Slideshows are unwelcome. but maybe they optimized the snow particles so well, that it doesn’t have any significant effect on fps rate.

Also, it’d be neat if you could kick or throw snow at people.

I don’t know if the snow “accumulates” as in piling up. I think its more of like a texture overlay.

i don’t we’ll be building snowmen, rolling snowballs or kicking through knee-deep power. But you can probably bet that you and NPCs will leave tracks that last for a few days, depending on weather conditions. it’s also possible that during some times of the year (winter?), snow might pile on more. if the game starts you off in the springtime months, you might notice a gradual accumulation of white stuff by the time you’ve completed every questline and guild.

By the way, Ninja, the animation of what looks like burning shit above this quick reply window is doing wonders for my appetite. Suddenly i don’t want this brownie anymore.

Weird. it made me want to thaw a frozen steak via lighting a paper towel on fire on the edge of a toilet seat (just in case the fire got out of hand, the toilet water would remedy the potential hazard).

Don’t know if old but this is the music from the trailer but this time it’s only the song so no distraction! Pretty epic especially the beginning.

Stated by fellow youtuber, “This song heals cancer.” :awesome:
I couldn’t agree more.

Speaking of music, I hope they have a lot more than previous games. After 100 hours of game play the like 20 minutes worth of music they have gets old. Plus the combat song seems to rarely fit all situations.

I traded my combat music out with Homm3’s combat music: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M0ObS62Js-4

Way too long a lead in for combat music.

Hardly. The begining drums are mostly all you hear in little fights, but it’s the really big, epic battles that you hear the main theme.

Ah I remember that song that always played when you proceeded to the next day. Great game it was.

I love the music. Someone even offered to trade it out for something fresh for me but I had to say no. It just wouldn’t be the same.
