The city of Winterhold.
So I’m exploring the northern coast, stumpled upon this mighty fine city, and just as night was falling, aurora borealis fills the night sky, and the two moons nearly align with eachother. Fuckin’ beautiful. I was forced to screenshot like a madman.
Hmm, doesn’t seem to be too much love for the beast races, eh? Well here’s my Khajiit archer/spellsword Pharoah.
Something odd I’ve noticed - when using Unrelenting Force, my Khajiit will say Fus and Fus Ro but when I do the full shout he just says Fus Dah. Anyone else play Khajiit and notice that, or is my game messed up? Or is he just saying Ro really quickly and quietly so the sound of the shout drowns it out maybe?
That’s actually just the college.
I believe that happens with every race. I can barely hear the “ro” in my shout as well, and I’m a nord.
I wish there was a mod to make the shout sound exactly like the one in the trailer.

College or not tho, the landscape and structure that sits out on a huge rock in the ocean connected by a narrow bridge is simply badass. and of course, everyone’s favorite pretty colors in the sky.
Solitude’s like that too.
Did you mean to name him Pharaoh, or did you misspell it on purpose?
Why are the cities pretty small compared to Oblivion? Riften is tiny, Dawnstar, Winterhold & Falkreath are just a joke. Windhelm, Solitude, Whiterun & Markrath is okay, but still not as big as Oblivion’s cities.

Because it takes a lot of work to build a huge, unique city.
Plus a ton of huge cities in one concentrated area wouldn’t make sense, anyway.
