What’s this? An excuse to post screenshots? Okay.
Yes, the light armor becomes alot more covering as you go along. Same with the glass, but I don’t have any pictures of that right now.

Your pictures tell me nothing about skirts vs trousers.
But it is good to hear, either way
Nope, traditional pantlegs for Elven, Glass and Dragon.
Only fur and imperials armors are with “skirts”.
Alvor seemed to like this bow I crafted the other day
Flawless glass bow?! GIMME GIMME GIMME GIMME!!! :rabies:
:fffuuu:
Someone make an OJ character and get those gloves.
flawless? pffft, my shit’s all beyond Legendary
Mine is now too…like I said that was a couple days ago lol
But after leveling my smithing to 100 by crafting about 500 iron daggers and making myself some legendary daedric armor, I felt a little OP so I went to dragonscale armor, since I didn’t have any points in light armor. Still get owned by powerful enemies, so it feels right now.
So, because of all that, I gave my daedric armor to Lydia, but she still gets knocked down a lot, and every time I heal her she asks if I’m a priest. And she’ll always points out the most obvious stuff. I’ll be standing in front of a cave and she’ll say “Hey look! A cave!” :fffuuu: Finally had to send her home, couldn’t stand her anymore. Go sit in my room and eat all day like you did before.
Ohh man she is creepy sometimes.
Just sitting in that chair all day and night, staring at your bed, eating bread.
Eating bread.
Did Skyrim update or something? i can no longer exit ANY menus with TAB. i bound my inventory hotkey to TAB and that annoying four-way menu garbage to the G key instead. Yesterday i was able to exit menus, leave NPC conversations, exit stores, etc. with a poke to the TAB key.
Today, i can’t.
it still brings up my inventory menu properly but i can’t leave menus with it. i have to use the G key now to exit which i bound to the character menu. Oddly enough, the control prompts on screen still telll me “[TAB] Exit”. i’m sure i’ll get used to it. i just want to know if i’m going crazy or if everybody else has experienced similar changes. i also can’t sprint-jump anymore which i’m pretty sure i’ve done several times.

EDiT : Also, if you wear those gloves (or any with that model) while wearing regular non-armor clothes, your wrists become invisible. i wore some a while before i realized i could see completely through my hands while drawing a bow.
I wanna do the main quest but I can’t, so many distractions…
But I’ll probably just do it right n- HEY LOOK IS THAT A CAVE? I wonder what’s inside
I haven’t even bothered with the main quest, except for the part where you have to go to the old bastards to get your shouts upgraded.
EDiT : Obligatory glitch. Restarted the game and everything went back to normal.
Buuuuuuuuuuuuut on another note, i found the road that leads North to Morthal and it did cut through Labyrinthian. Problem was, the road shown on the map was either drawn incorrectlyor misrepresented in-game. Just South of Hamvir’s Rest, there’s supposed to be a visible road that forks off and leads up North and up the mountains. Sadly, the road was never textured or modeled in-game. NPCs, however, know it’s there because they follow it. i only found where the road is SUPPOSED TO BE by observing a couple of peasants trudging through the bushes off the beaten path.
As soon as the Construction Set comes out, that’s the first mod i’m going to make.

yeah I wish I hadn’t bought breezehome, then Lydia could just say back at the castle.
also apparently Ysolda already had a house, which makes breezehome even more pointless, and here I thought she needed me to provide her a house so she could finally open up that shop she’d been going on and on and on about… :fffuuu:
is there a console way to undo buying breezehome?
I was talking to someone who was telling me about all the deathlords and nasties they had continually crawling out of the cracks as well as a pack of other uberly overcharged necromancers and other spell casters. This seemed strange to me since I was several levels higher with my warrior character and never had anything like the trouble they were having. Now I’ve got a mage character and the game seems to hate me. I’ve killed no less than seven dragons at the college in Winterhold. The latest with three hired thugs whooping my butt and casting spells at me. I only survived it by ducking inside the mage’s quarters and running in circles like a fool while casting regeneration spells continually as the mages hurled firebolts and lightning at the goon squad. Seriously, I never had this kind of trouble with my warrior.
So, modding tools are out next month apparently.
Curious how that will work. Will they still be able to use a script extender, or will that require a separate install system?
