Its called turning up the sensitivity in the options. I already did it.

Bethesda’s actually pretty smart. AI that actually sees from their eyes
…now if they could just make them less dumb in other respects
Its at max.
Thats awesome.
That’s awesome. Reminds me of a video I saw of Human Revolution where a guy makes a fort out of boxes so a guard couldn’t see him picking a lock.
Holy shit, I found several giant waterfalls while exploring the rivers past whiterun, and you can jump in and ride the fucking rapids. Without a boat. And it’ll push you over the edge down the falls too.
i seem to be having some issues with the game that nobody else is discussing online. At least Google bots aren’t finding anything relevant since the game’s only been out for a day…
Once i reach the game’s first interior cel (about 4 minutes in), my game starts tweaking out like it snorted a line of powdered Moonsugar concentrate! My FPS bounces up and down like a rubberband making the game move freakishly fast, then slow, then fast, then slow. i had the exact same stuttering problem with the original Half-Life and with Minecraft. The only way to fix it is to specify only one core by setting TESV.exe’s affinity to 1. …which sucks because my FPS drop quite a bit.
Ever so often my FPS drops to 0 for a few seconds. The game itself seems to play and advance just fine, audio keeps going and things keep happening but my screen is completely locked in place for about 6 seconds, effectively damning me if i’m in a fight.
in Morrowind, Oblivion, Fallout3 and Vegas, i use the vanity came A LOT. in Skyrim the vanity camera doesn’t work most of the time, and even when it does, it seems to take on different functions!. Half the time i press and hold the “change FOV” key to move the camera, it only moves in and out. Then the other half the time it lets me swivel, but NOT move up and down. Plus, it’s also impossible to swivel or move the camera to look around while moving, which is the whole reason i use the vanity cam!
And for some reason, the default FOV is set to “tunnel vision mode”. i managed to modify my FOV using the same old console commands from Oblivion but i still feel like i’m seeing the world through a keyhole. Plus, i’ll bet the using the console disabled half of the achievements in the game too.
On another note, i was hoping to make me a smaller, younger character. Unfortunately the only face options i have for Nords makes me look at least 40 years old. Nobody out there has put together any mods yet or shared how to make younger characters so i might have to wait a little while to play the game how i wanted.

So I found M’aiq. He’s pretty damn old.
You shouldn’t take M’aiq so seriously. He’s just some sort of easter egg. Just for fun.
Is anyone else getting low FPS inside dungeons? The game runs really well all maxed out for me when I’m outside but inside dungeons I get bad performance hits in some parts.
Also, gotta say that I have yet to run into any major glitches or bugs. The game hasn’t even crashed for me yet. It’s probably BethSoft’s most stable and polished game on release to date.
I’m getting that too. Dungeons probably don’t have the distance props landscapes do so it ends up rendering a whole lot more even though its less area.
I was taking him seriously?
Welp, just had my first CTD.
I also get framerate dips inside the dungeons.
I’ve noticed that some of the graphics features are a lot higher quality inside the dungeons (there’s none of that ugly artifacting on shadows, for one thing), so they probably just didn’t get the balance right between indoor and outdoor environments.
This is my game of the year.
Agreed.
Fix’d
Were any of the TES games before Morrowind awarded GOTY awards?
Since Morrowind Bethesda has gone on a straight streak of making GOTY games.
It isn’t hard to get goty because so many groups give them out and for different categories. I don’t know if pre-morrowind tes had enough notoriety to get a lot of awards though.
According to Beth it got many “Best RPG of the Year awards”
I’m working on a config to significantly increase the distance at which objects dissapear or switch to a lower level of detail. The game looks much better that way (so when you look over a large area you can actually see all the grass and trees even on a huge distance). So far going well.
By working on a config you mean editing the ini files then the amount of pretentiousness in the way you posted that makes me lol.
If not then you are way over complicating things.
