You’ll be able to play between medium-high settings. The game should look great still too. But of course, your resolution plays a big factor. Having a large resolution with a high anti-aliasing setting on can really put a number on your fps performance so it really depends. I usually play with anti-aliasing on low or even off so I can tweak other graphic settings to be higher.
I’d say go for pc because you can always tweak it with mods and with the dev console, and I personally think TES games have always been better to play on pc. i’ve played Oblivion on the xbox and I thought playing it on the pc was better.
EDIT: ninja’d. Maxey is right about who even knows yet because they’re using a new engine and it may be more optimized. So in that case, I would lean towards PC even more.
