TES V announced at last - it's Skyrim!

Sounds badass.

Would be an epic end to a game. If I get famous for making a game with that ending, I’ll throw you some credit.

0:16-0:23 music reminds me of Pirates of the carribean. Some nice new stuff there.

That part of The Elder Scrolls theme has always sounded like The Pirates of the Caribbean theme. Interestingly Morrowind the first game with the current “Elder Scrolls Theme” pre-dates Pirates of the Caribbean by a year.

I know that it is simmilar, but I’m talking about they way it is presented at that point in particular.

Oblivion’s style sounded more piratey than morrowind’s and likewise, I think that particular spot sounds more piratey than oblivion.

The music is fucking epic. I’d buy the game even for the soundtracks.

LOL nobody even mentions the leak. You guys missed so much.

I purposfully didn’t watch the leak. At one point I skipped in to see the character customization, but the 2 inches of screen I was glancing at to see when the character customization bar came up also showed a different background than the one in the Khajjit video, so I promptly closed the window.

The only thing I know or care to know about the beginning of skyrim is that you are

:ITTY BITTY LITTLE SPOILER: [COLOR=‘Black’]outside :ITTY BITTY LITTLE SPOILER:

at some point.

I wasn’t online at the time the leak sprung up and got removed, and I’m glad I missed it.

I guess you should be. I kinda regret watching the entire tutorial.

So I finally caved in and pre-ordered the game. ONE MORE WEEK!

I knew it existed, but I didn’t want to link it here because while some people here don’t want to spoil that kinda stuff for themselves they may also have no self control.

like me :frowning:

Although those without self control should really get some.

Fuck having self control and responsibility. We live in a post-industrial society.

I think it has more to do with people still living with their parents.

Apparently, Skyrim allows you to engage in cannibalism

I hope its not like fallout 3 where it makes the sound and nothing happens to the corpse.

Fix’d. The only thing that keeps me concerned about the enjoyabillity of Skyrim is the constant allusions back to fallout 3.

I’m going to be somewhat dissapoint if Skyrim turns out to just be Fallout with swords and magic.
