I personally couldn’t care less about werewolves. I thought it was confirmed forever ago that they wern’t going to be in though.

I would take that with a grain of salt, Bethesda has said not to take much from foreign articles. The translation from English, to whatever language and then back to English (usually on Google translate no less) leads to a LOT of mistakes and misinformation.
I didn’t even know there were werewolves in the other games 
Just Bloodmoon and Daggerfall I think. You could even be a wear-boar in Daggerfall.
