Steam Summer Sale 2012

commas, you are using them wrong.

Damnit, was hoping to get a copy of Brink for £3 but Ghost Protocol got reduced instead. Still bought it for £8. It’s a pity all the best games only get reduced by ~20% (with the exception of Valve titles ofc).

Edited.

My biggest grammar weakness.

Trine 2 purchased, $3.74. Less than a Happymeal and 10x as much enjoyment.

Max Payne 3 for 25 eu. Y/N?

Maxey played it in 7 hours. Is the MP worth it to pay that amount?

I actually have 15 hours logged into it and MP is probably 2 hours, tops, of that number.

So, is it good enough to play it a second time?

That was a single playthrough. The game is well worth it, just get it.

Oh, ok. Im gonna get it. Thanks.

I have almost 40 hours logged in it without touching the multiplayer. Most of the levels are fun enough to replay looking for the collectibles.

Bought me Legend of Grimrock too. It’s supposed to be great.

Picked up Saints Row the Third, all three Max Paynes, and the Splinter Cell games I didn’t already own.

Someone, help me stop![/SIZE]

When did Splinter Cell go to shit? Is Double Agent a good game and Conviction was the turning point?

Alan Wake Franchise is in a flash deal for about 9€.
Sounds like a good bargain, although is the American Nightmare “sequel” worth the trouble?

The whole GTA series for less than a tenner? ok then.

I bought the Alan Wake pack. Heard the first one was good, though I don’t know about the second. Both 1 and the expansion/dlc thing were the same price individually so it’s still a bargain.

Also interested in knowing if Alan Wake is worth 7$ for someone who would otherwise care less about it. Any recommendations?

And now it’s cheaper than what I got it for…

I guess the sale hadn’t kicked in by the time I bought it :frowning: .

Edit: Oh never mind. I was looking at the special edition of the first, not the pack.

I’ve only played the original and Conviction, and I love them both.

I heard Conviction started getting more actiony and less stealthy.
