What do. Steam IS Running. Restarted steam. no dice, Deleted that Clientregistry.blob file restarted. Same Shit over again, anyone know what to do.

maybe steam went into offline mode somehow? the game should have worked then anyway, but I got no other idea. If nothing helps ask the steamforums :0

Never seen that before. As Harun said, Steam’s forums are your best bet. Sometimes you just need to wait for Valve to patch things like this

make shortcut on desktop right click on game put -steam at the end of target box
