Like Santa, the Steam Holiday Sale only comes once a year. Unlike Santa tho, the Steam Holiday Sale has the real gifts that keep on giving.

All in all, it’s all to make Gabe Newell even more stinking rich while he’s too busy not making HL3.

Anyway, what have you bought so far and what are you waiting to buy at ridiculously low prices?

So far I’ve bought Lost Planet 1&2 and Metal Gear Rising. I’m also hoping to score some cheap Bioshock Infinite DLC action and reluctantly mulling over if I should or not buy Batman Arkham Origins. Maybe I’ll get Don’t Starve as well.

You won’t, stop worrying about it. I agree with someone else’s assessment that I saw somewhere, that they just put down the specs for the PCs they used to test the game and they only used those 2.

I just bought Dino D-Day, and I’m currently waiting for Payday 2 and Guns of Icarus to both go down to 75% discount.

I played some of Doom III Lost Missions and couldn’t get into it. I still have Just Cause 2 to start (I have it installed). I still have Stalker: Call of Pripyat to play (I started it, got scared 10 minutes in, stopped playing).

Hmm… I’d pretty much decided not to get any more games this year, but if Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood/Revelations/III go on sale at more than 50% off…

For some completely incomprehensible reason to me, I’ve yet to play ANY of the Bioshock games, much less Infinite. That triple pack is looking very nice indeed :rabies:

Fez is on special today. It’s a great 2D puzzle platformer, especially for that price.

You’ve got to play the first Bioshock, it’s just great. The opening sequence alone is probably my favorite scene in any video game ever.

I said “Facket” and bought Age of Empires II HD. Probably the only game I’ll buy this game since I’ve got one hell of backlog. That, and the fact that I have no spare money to spend, so I’ll use what’s in my steam wallet.
