My friends list stayed. I LOVE THIS NEW UI SO MUCH, but I somehow miss the old one that ive know for 4 years.
Trying it at work now, certainly looks pretty.

God dammit. I activated it and now I can’t open steam. I get an error mesage saying
Could not load module 'bin/vgui2.dll'
Registered on the Steam forums to report the bug but it wont let me post even though I’ve activated my account.
EDIT: Okay, now it’s letting me post.
How come you see me playing DiRT2 when I can’t even fuckin’ launch Steam ?
Locks up at times, specifically when I go in to my Library and select a game. Some times it loads the background and info instantly, other times it sits there for 5 minutes thinking =\

Okay, I’m digging the new interface, I like it. Few things;
-I do like the new layout at the top, with the catagories, and the dual boxes in the games list, but goddamn, get some icons back, the games list is booring to scroll through, and games aren;t so instantly recogniseable
-A minor gripe, my account name gets cut off at the top right.

EDIT: OK, I was on my groups page, I right clicked and there’s a ‘view source’ option, that brings up notepad and a shitload of code for the interface? :X I guess that’s just for dev purposes
