So what easter eggs were there in HL1?

I don’t believe I’ve seen that one myself…

I have an idea, in the chapter Office Complex, in a office, with a dead scientist and in the computer… ¡¡Black Mesa Forum screen!!!, but, this office is locked, only you entrance by the ventilation system

Sorry for my English¡

This is not a thread to suggest new easter eggs for Black Mesa; there is no thread for that. You are not supposed to do that.

“Hack hack hack all day long Hack hack hack while i sing this song”
rings a bell ?

Skybox something noclip op4?

this?

apparently in opposing force, if you noclipped in an early part of the game the words “Hack hack hack all day long Hack hack hack while i sing this song” were written into the sky in an inaccessible area

Gman is a tribute to the matrix. Does that count as an easteregg?

He is? How?

Well, each time you shoot him he magicly dodges the bullets :retard:

But in all seriousness, the obvious things shouldn’t even have to be stated.

holy crap where can i find it

Its hidden up high somewhere, but its sitting down and doesn’t really do anything special. Somewhere in Nihilanths chamber I think

Which are?

Just discovered it today! Damn, valve put detail into their maps.

I’ve checked and it’s in Half-Life as well, although less noticeable.

What are we looking at here that’s so amazing?

I think He’s saying He didnt expect valve to include that Grate…

Okay… what a grate easter egg! (see what I did thar?)

Gabe Newell worked in the area of “Scheduled Chaos Theory”…

In the chapter Surface Tension, there is a easter egg(and more of course). When you are at the cliffside, you will find a hgrunt having a huge rock on his back that killed him but his body is still there and not gibbed yet. (I guess that many already know this one though :|)

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
