FOV
No, it is not due to FOV. It doesn’t matter if it is set to 50 or 100 or anything in between. 2560x1600 does not work with this config tool.

Sounds like the FOV is fucked up. Set it to something around 90-120

unfortunately the FOV is saved in your save files, I hoped bethesda would fix that with the patch.

Isn’t it easy enough just to change FOV in game? all you gotta do is type fov and a number into the console, that’s how i’ve been doing it anyway.
btw, a new version is out 1.2d:
-added “-logging” start parameter
