Has anyone heard of the new shooter Singularity?
I saw a trailer and it seemed cool…But I want to know what I might be spending (or wasting) my money on.

I haven’t seen enough of it to know if it will be good, but I do like the premise.

Yep, I edit a game made by Raven. Their incompetence knows no bounds. They’re unbelievably lazy and all the shitty shortcuts they took become very apparent when you try to edit their games.

I played it, it’s okay, pretty much an average shooter, reminded me a little of Bioshock, a little. I’d say it’s worth a go if you get it cheap.
Raven made Soldier of Fortune and Jedi Knight: Outcast, which are about the only great games they ever made.
It looks like it, considering the aliens and the dystopian environment, and the sciences. But barely.
Off-topic: Also Heatbomb made a good thread, which is about as surprising since nobody mentioned how Hexen sucked too.

I like this game.
It’s not the best game ever, I am a little confused on the controls on the Ps3.
Overall it’s a good game, but it can’t be compared to Half-Life.
It’s not that good.
I like this game as well. It isn’t completely original, but they manage to pull off their new stuff in style. I say give it a go if you’re sure you’ll like it, and if you’re on the fence then get it on sale.
Ive been looking at this game since way back now, and it looks good.

then again dead space was very small at first but i remember reading that in a tiny article back in the day, was worth it
