My attempt at a recreation of the Black Mesa ID tags seen in the BM trailer. Layout is [from what I could tell in the video] 99% accurate. The major items in question are the informational fields I filled in. The ID wasn’t legible in the video to make out what was what so I just put things where I thought they would fit.
