I think “liquer” means liquor and “licencing” means licensing, apart from that I didn’t understand shit.

I mean south australia, it is pretty much a “Backyard Bar”. But we got broken into and we cant call the police out of fear of being heavily fined for having a backyard bar, even without price tags on the beer, and “Donations Only” signs.

To recap: OP is breaking the law. Someone else has broken the law and the OP wants someone to do something about that, but ignore the fact that HE is breaking the law? There’s something not right about that, but I can’t quite put my figure on it.

I would be assuming that a liquor license is expensive, and the fact that he’s running this “bar” out of his backyard is proof he doesn’t have much money.

If he’s having friends over for beer and their shit gets stolen, how is that his fault?

When is not having much money an excuse for breaking the law? If he was having friends over for a beer it wouldn’t be a problem but that clearly isn’t the situation here.
