Personally, I’m looking forward to a more involved story than what was in the original. Now I liked the simplicity of the narrative in Portal at the time, but I don’t think it would work a second time.
Portal proved that the gameplay was fun and engaging, and now Portal 2 should make an epic game with that gameplay.
It’s odd how these two work in a pair, always seeming to spew their useless bullcrap in pairs. Hmm.
[EDIT]: Oh look, there banned, within the minute it took for me to read through their trolling and posting this they were banned. Yay for speedy justice. Anyways, that’s pretty awesome that they are doing Portal 2, but I would much rather have an Episode 3/Portal 2 hybrid or something. Maybe just have a cameo of Chell in Episode 3. Valve has been ignoring Half Life for too long.

@ Azrael yah, as I said in my behemoth of a post (before all that shit happened) I see portal 2 breaking out of the walls and “the player will no longer be shielded from outside influences”

Its not 2 different people, its 1 sick in the head kid venting out their anger of being picked on at school. Anyways, I agree with having a Episode 3 and Portal 2 mix also, but I mean that in a way as to where Gordon and Chell would not meet. So im not sure how that is possible? Co-Op sounds just, awesome! I dont know how they would think a portal multiplayer would be boring? It would all just matter on the map. Though im sure with Portal 2’s new game mechanics, there will be some new things that will also make multiplayer possible.

I want one thing. A leaderboard for the best times that someone has beaten certain levels. Also a few new gameplay mechanics, and not something to do with gravity as it’s overdone.
