Googled “steam portal update”

i got this:

80-90% is most likely completely just unrellated garbage, but still…

EDIT: I googled “valve steam portal update” and got:

The valuable asset that the new update is refering to is obviously Chell. Could she be related to someone or something important in the Half-Life series or something?

EDIT: Apparently there are even more new files in the new Portal update and also there is a rumour going around that there are new game credits after the ‘Still Alive’ song at the end of the game.

Or daughter? I reckon Gordon has an ex, who is Chell’s mum, and the ex keeps trying to contact him to tell him he has a daughter but gets pissed with him when he doesn’t answer. :slight_smile:

Oh good point, makes more sense depending exactly on when the events of portal take place. Judging by how old she looks, if its shortly after the RC she could be very well be his sister, but if its closer to the events of HL2 it would make more sense for her to be his daughter. Am I over thinking this?

You could be right there, GlaDos did mention the world had changed a lot since she (Chell) has been away. It’s impossible to tell though when the events of Portal took place in the Half-Life universe - just have to wait and see won’t we! :smiley:
