Also in the lab is the Combine health charger, so, who knows, from that I would say that the events even before Portal took place after or during the events of Half-life 2… since they are so deep down under and the escape hatch is a small little outhouse in the middle of a huge field.

I’m pretty sure Mossman admits she stole the ideas at one point, but even if she didn’t, I wouldn’t put corporate espionage past her. Hopefully we’ll see how the Borealis got moved, because the supports were missing from the drydock, but they’re definitely in the ice cave in Episode 2 holding the Borealis up.

Did anybody else notice the smiley face in the elevator shafts? Do you think it’s supposed to mean anything?
