Parts of Half Life you didn't like

The Interloper. Fucking hated that level.
Also didn’t like Lambda Core, felt too long lol. It had some cool parts though.

the entire trip to Black Mesa East in HL2 seemed incredibly boring to me.

^^ This and Highway 17

Stop eating those mushrooms. :hmph:

Lambda Core feels so short once you actually know where you’re going.

I am disappoint with the people saying Highway 17 sucked. That’s my favorite level of HL2. Like, holy shit, I love vast levels.
I loved riding around in the buggy, just because it was fun running over Combine. I loved exploring every house, and loved getting jumped by poison zombies just because it made me laugh at how stupid I was for falling for it. The only part I don’t like is the part where the train tries to run you over. I got so confused and worried because I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to take the buggy or not, or if another train would come.

NOW FOR THE HATING 8D

HL: The first time I played hard mode, I really disliked fighting the soldiers. But the worst part was when you finally get to the surface for the first time, only to find it infested with soldiers and being BOMBED.
OP4: The Voltigore Tunnels and the Gene Worm. One was way too hard and annoying and the other was just kinda boring.
BS: I hated the entire level where you go into the coolant. I like vast levels, but not long levels with very little space to move.
HL2: The first time I played through, no matter how awestruck I was by the game, I still hated the part where you’re running from the heli through the canals. That was just so annoying.
Ep1: Alyx, as fun as it is to fight with you, I still have to take care of my own ass too. LEARN TO RUN BACKWARDS AND FIRE AT THE SAME TIME.
Ep2: I loved just about every single moment of this game. But the first time I was a bit annoyed by the Antlion Workers.

the boat portions in hl2. Gave me such a massive headache, which turned me off of hl2 for months.

Double post fail.

I hated the Office Complex chapter in HL1. It just felt like for me that Black Mesa isn’t just an industrial facility.

It’s a Research Facility, of course there are going to be offices. Even if it were just a factory there would still be offices somewhere.

Plus that and the first HL had a better overall visual style… in that it existed…

Hl2 was just photography. It didn’t look special.

because it fit HL2’s atmosphere better.

What the hell are you on about?

Half life 2 looked more realistic and overall better than hl1, sure…

But HL1 looked styistically COOLER. even with it’s graphical drawbacks.

I will now wait for some stuck up doucebag to quote this saying “no… just no…” As you yuppie faggots on this website love to do so.

Every minute in which you have no weapon in Ep1 (except for the Gravity gun).

What you’re saying there. I don’t get it.

I geuss your right. I’m just trying to find excuses to hate it even though I truly don’t know why Office Complex makes me sick. Does office complex have that room that was flooded?

Yes it does but I don’t see what’s wrong with that. I know I’m in the minority here but I hate crawing through vents.

I really don’t think you need a reason, but if you think you do, then by all means keep trying. Maybe it’s all the winding halls & dead ends.

Nah, I’m just going to add you to my gigantic ignore list.

Ah, cool.

Actively telling be you’re ignoring me is more yuppy-ish and fag-esque than “no… just no…” could ever be.
