So I can get Killzone Trilogy for 50% off, brand new. I want to get it, but money is tight. I’m assuming they are worth the $20?
Tried the demo of KZ2, wasn’t impressed. It looks pretty but it’s just another generic shooter to me.
Is there a demo for KZ2 on the PSN? I’ll look right now and try it out if it’s there.

I got X-Com: Enemy Unknown. Impressed with the visuals and the overall presentation so far. Can’t wait to play more but I have work early in the morning with an hour’s commute. Wish me luck.
pay the average earlier and the price won’t have increased so much in a week… they usually bring out extra locked games in the future (I guess to encourage this?) - either way, get it.
The campaigns are horrible. Comically so. In fact, it’s worth a play-through just for laughs. but the MP is pretty interesting. It’s like Battlefield type infantry with a Team Fortress style class system and COD customization abilities.
I haven’t played KZ1, but I would definitely check it out just to see one of PS2’s finest technical achievements with the lid ripped off. Same reason I picked up Black.

Quick question. If Vampire The Masquerade: Bloodlines goes on sale, is it worth getting the Steam version? I heard that it needs a fan patch to be playable, does that patch work on the Steam version?
Some of the more obscure mods might have trouble but the more popular ones (wesp’s, CE, CCM etc.) are still being developed so they’ll definitely work with Steam.
I don’t have it on Steam though, just from what I’ve read.
P.S. Only Wesp’s unofficial patch is essential, the others are optional. There’s also a multires patch if you have a widescreen monitor.
