I did it once but I used the hl2 buggy to do the chapter.

The two I’m thinking of are the one at the beginning of the chapter and the one where you fight the second gunship (right after the crane bit). You don’t have the rocket launcher for the first, so I guess you don’t need to cross that gap or something?

The gunship gap you could rocket jump, I suppose, theoretically.

No I did it once all you have to do is bhop like a crazy motherfucker then you jump on the gunship when its in the gap.

I use SMG grenade launcher jump, then get finish off by gunship machine gun.

I did most of on the rails on foot shot all the sign posts and sent the tram on its merry way. Isnt there a ladder to get past that Elevator?

And out of intrest dont you need the buggy to be parked in the garage for the combine assault on light house ?

And do you still see the dropship fly past with it on board or is it empty?

I’ve managed to play through Highway 17 & Sandtraps without the Buggy.

How did you get past the gate at New Little Odessa?

I’m sure theres a ladder to get up that tram activated lift, pretty sure i’ve done it ALL without the tram.

You can just jump down behind the lighthouse to get to the “secret exit” and skip the gunship fight entirely.

You don’t even have to get there, you climb the cliff and get on the road ahead.
