This is the Unreal Engine, not necessarily any “game”.
And that is relevant why? It will still be used in games. ANd those games will look like shit compared to the cinematic. Not just because they won’t be made for running on three graphics cards but also because they will be dynamic and so most likely like some of the tricks that made the cinematic look better.
If they can do it for the cinematic in real time, then everything can be done in a game.

What tricks anyway?
They wanted to show of their new features, like:
DoF + Bokeh
dynamic Tesselation
dynamic Displacement mapping
light reflections with object shadows
better and more dynamic shadows
sub-surface scattering
That are all techniques which are already existent in some sample codes from gpu vendors.
Just mix CryEnigne 3 with the Metro 2033 engine and you get the same feature list, except for silhouttes in cubemap reflections.
What exactly makes you think they use special tricks, which aren’t possible in dynamic games?
