Wait, the floaty jump is still there?
Son of a bitch.

You don’t jump that high.
Watch the gameplay trailer. He is in the air for at least 3 seconds. Also he must be jumping his own height at least.
Maybe, but you don’t glide through the air like Master Chief. Overall, it just feels different.
Anyway, for those that think Halo’s single player isn’t good, PLAY SOLO ON HEROIC! This is the first Halo game where I played on Heroic the first time playing, and it’s MUCH more fun than playing the previous games on Easy!
Er…I played through them all on Legendary and didn’t think they were all that great. What’s your point?
It is?
I think it is.
The trailer made my drool all over my keyboard, Yeah. I played the first Halo, I enjoyed it but I never played any of the others because the hype was annoying and it didn’t seem worth it… But I might be go out and buy all of them now…
If you ignore the hype, you can enjoy the games.
The long 2 and a half minute trailer is full of WIN. just to inform you guys, they went from having nothing, to finishing that trailer all in 2 weeks, including creating models props etc. and look at the finish, man they could make an amazing film, there only an ad company to.
I just got done playing 4 player Firefight with some friends.
I hereby declare Halo 3: ODST as the greatest multiplayer game on the XBox 360.
Hey, now. The Halo 2 soundtrack was pretty good. Not as good as 1, granted, but clearly pretty well put to gether, even if a few guitar riffs and base lines seemed out of place at times.
Halo 3 is a bit harder to judge since almost none of the music was original. They instead remade most of it with a full orchestra, which definitely ramped up the epicness from music that had been mostly synthesized. Still awesome, but not original.
I love how Marty can mix orchestra music with electric guitars and make it work.
There’s his fucking point.
Your opinion is that Halo is an inferior game, therefore it was not built for someone with your taste. Don’t like it? Get the fuck off of the threads about it.
Epic fucking win!
Fuck. I can’t believe I misspelled Halo.
Actually, it wasn’t his point. His point was that the games somehow magically get better when your ramp up the difficulty. I’ve played through them all (excluding Halo Wars and ODST) on the hardest difficulty, and think that they’re mediocre.
Exactly. Can someone explain how ramping up the difficulty makes a game better?
And MY point still stands. Why the fuck are you here?
It just… I don’t know. I just like the challange I guess. I don’t know why I said that.
