Any of the Main Character enemies from Red Faction 2. They weren’t physically ugly (well, maybe a little), but their dialogue was horrendous and their motivations were stupid (or they had no motivations at all)

Boomer. I can take people burned, rotting and cut in half with organs spilling everywhere, moaning in pain as their last painful breaths slip away, but large, pus-filled boils, primed and ready to pop like organic grenades at the slightest touch make me feel a little sick.
