So far the only thing that I can say competes with the Bloodsucker is the Spitter.
While not horrible in APPEARANCE, being no worse than any other zombie-like human, snorks are absolutely frightful due to the way they sound and the way they move about. It’s because they’re so human that peddling around on all fours (and leaping horrifically) are repulsive.

I have yet to play Clear Sky, I need to try that out. I’ve played through SHoC around 5 times, and I’m playing through with Oblivion Lost right now.
Call of Pripyat looks a lot better, though.
