Troy Baker is voicing Ocelot.
That guy is the new Nolan North.
Troy Baker has had some great roles. Kanji Tatsumi (Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 4) was my favorite of his. Too bad he had to voice Snow Villiers in FFXIII- the dialog they gave him just made him sound cheesy as hell.
He is also voicing the main lead in “The Last of Us,” I believe.
