There’s so much praise for the trailer but sadly I can’t watch it for another 2-3 hours because of school :frowning: . I’m glad that this game is shaping up to be fantastic though.

I agree, but unfortunately I have no control over it. I’m currently using an incredibly slow AT&T hotspot and I don’t have any headphones even if the video loaded. If you’re telling me to skip class, I’ve already skipped too much this quarter :stuck_out_tongue: .

Well, looks like they’ve managed to make me interested again. Might have to buy it once I’ve played all the other thousands of great games that are in my backlog/coming out.

I concur.
It’s looking more Red Dead Redemption, than GTA which is what I was hoping for, the only thing that could make it better is if they confirmed Lords and Ladies returns. (Maybe have an unlock-able for Max’s original face, note, not DLC)

Nothing will ever be as good as the first Max Payne.

But this one may be better than Max 2, hopefully…

I’ve been reading ton’s of stupid critics about this game already, they go from “Too many cinematics” to “It’s too linear”

Like, what the fuck, fuckin 16 years old, have you ever played Max Payne??

And I’m completly surprised, since those critics comes from a generation of retards that enjoy call of duty, which is a fuckin scripted cinematic game…

I just don’t understand

Maybe it’s because the cinematics in COD are in first person, and therefore fool the dumber player into not separating it from gameplay… or something.

Well, I’m fine with it as long as they replaced them with the stylized cinematic techniques that inspired them in the first place.

Did you watch the video dealing with it? They have in engine cutscenes, but they’re split into comic panels at some points and some words appear on screen similar to the word bubbles in the comics. I honestly like this better.

So I accepted the fact that there most likely will not be a sale before the game is released and preordered it. Hopefully Rockstar’s claim that the game is not a port is true.

Also, anyone want to trade me Arma II Combined Operations for my Max Payne 1 and 2 games so I can play the Day Z mod :3 ?
