That makes me feel better, I get over 30FPS on high if I turn off the physx crap.
And I only have a 2Ghz Core 2 Duo superclocked to 2.98Ghz

I leave Physx off, with it I get about 22fps average, without it, 60 constantly with everything else maxed with:
Intel Core 2 Quad 2.4Ghz
ATI Radeon 4850 1GB
2GB RAM
Is the lag due to me not having a Geforce? (I had an 8800 GT a few months ago, until it blew itself up )
Great game, I’ll be sure to get it when it’s released on the 27th over here.
when you don’t have nvidia GPU, physX uses the CPU to do the calculations, so it’s due to quad cores sucking dick
All PhysX does to the game is add a thousand more particles during firefights. Not worth the huge performance impact.
