[COLOR=‘Red’]THIS MACHINIMA IS ABOUT THE MISSING STORYLINE BETWEEN HALF-LIFE 1 AND HALF-LIFE 2. IT WILL ALSO COVER SOME STORYLINE AFTER GORDON ARRIVES…SUCH AS HOW THE JALOPY (musclecar/69 dodge charger) GOT OVER TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THAT BRIDGE AND ALSO HOW MOSSMAN RETRIEVES THE COORDINATES FOR THE LOCATION OF THE BOREALIS.
Well folks…my friend: Gordon Freebird (also known as “some random guy named josh”) and I have had this idea since October 2009. We’ve changed it a ton tho…and I need more voice actors…I need someone to do doctor breen and other voices. I’m doing: The mapping, server, faceposer, camera angles, music, video editing, special effects, uploading to youtube, and story…Josh is helping with the story as well obviously…Anyway…I came up with the name after discussing it with josh a ton I decided to just use “The Bivium”. Josh is doing a bunch of stuff too in garry’smod with me…camera angles recording his voice, helping me out and stuff. This machinima will add onto the Half-life universe. It will show how doctor mossman found the Borealis and other things…such as a group of us coming from city 11 and the assassination attempt on breen was a failure and now we decide to make our way to the top and try to kill breen. These are the events between half-life one and half life 2. We need someone to do music and some stuff because this will be too much frustration for me…I’m only in high school and you know…

If you’re gonna’ be a voice actor I need you to record your voice with sound recorder or audacity or whatever. You need to say stuff like "Grenade! Get down! shit! and showing anger like Ill kill all the combine just to get a shot at [COLOR=‘Lime’]breen and stuff like that. For complicated arguments we will all have to talk it over in my server: [COLOR=‘Red’]24.144.179.42:27015 that my dad helped me set up. Fast download has been a biotch and I wasn’t able to completely set it up. Anyway…what I’m saying is for discussions in the movie itself I will have to tell you what I said about something and then what josh said and who this said…of course…so you can make a proper response to the retort or suggestion the person said with your recording through audacity or w/e.

[COLOR=‘Cyan’]As well, we need combine voices…that I’m hoping you will edit yourselves…We need [COLOR=‘Magenta’]girls…heheheheh…and we might even need a person to do the [COLOR=‘Red’]combine death radio overwatch woman voice…We will need many actors throughout the machinima…hopefully people stay loyal to the thread and movie when they join us. The machinima will be in episodes…

I, myself have already done over 20 .vcd animations for my own character in advance…and they’re really good actually. yes, I’m including great facial animation…I need your help…and I need it now if you all can…“Thank you…for your PATIENCE!”

[COLOR=‘Red’]Can somebody please tell me exactly how to set up fast download step by step?

More positions/a list:

-combine
-metropolice (possibly)
-combine overwatch automated woman voice
-vortigaunts (most likely telling the stories of the 7 hour war to others, that’s a good idea!)
-maybe even headcrabs…(we might keep default…but it’d be cool if someone acted out new ones)
-all female rebels are still open, we need girls!
-mappers
-3d modeler
-animators (more animations for faceposer use and choreography)
-texture artists
-sound effects and music creation (must be similar to valve’s but it doesn’t really matter that much!)
-more faceposer and choreography people! (^_^) (If you can do your own character’s animations and gestures and choreography that’s a plus!)

Lol, what do you mean by a cat? Anyway…it’s basically about all of us actors in a group or throughout the story (im not entirely sure) if well be in squads or what…but it’s about us getting closer to killing breen and ridding ourselves of the combine. It takes place between half-life one and half-life 2.

I’ll help with voice-acting - I bought a professional microphone a few weeks ago and havn’t had a chance to really use it yet. :slight_smile:

Wow, pretty good…is that actually you or just an example…I’m not sure where I would use a cat tho…I would need someone to make a model for the movie. What happened to all the children in Half-Life 2 anyway??? And what exactly does the suppression field DO to the genitalia??? [COLOR=‘Red’]I need audio samples if you want a part. Post it here on the thread I guess

By the way I have seen that trailer before. I kinda’ didn’t like the sliding screenshots…But it’s still a great work and effort. :slight_smile:
