“We should take Bikini Bottom, and PUSH IT somewhere else!”
It’s hilarious that you mention that, because just last night I rewatched that episode because I wanted to hear that line.
I watched House all the time, but it’s over now (and I still have to watch the last season). Watching Fringe now and it’s probably my favorite show on TV right now. This is its final season too. Also waiting for Community to come back on. For its final season as well. All the shows I like are getting canceled.
There has been no word whatsoever on Community being cancelled. They’re just a bunch of rumours that were started when the S4 premiere was delayed.
I like Fringe too, but I just haven’t been following it recently. I should probably do a marathon of it one of these days when I have the time.
Is it on Netflix?
Top Gear, nuff said.
Not necessarily canceled but this season is it’s last. Which was how it was planned anyway but the last season is only 13 episodes, not a full season.
No clue, I don’t have Netflix. Probably not though as it’s an ongoing show right now. It’s pretty good.
Speaking of Star Wars:
Kenny, are you just going to post that everywhere?
the news was posted…tommorow?!
i live in California and i find this geography crazy
disney bought out Marvel too you know…
but how the fuck can they make a new starwars if the plot of (possibly, episode 7) is already explained in the [color=yellow]NEW REPUBLIC era in the [color=red]extended universe’s publications
i wonder if disney really is doing it for the innovation or just for the money
First off, in case you didn’t see them, the Avengers and all the related marvel movies were amazing.
Second, there’s this thing called a retcon. It’s not as much of a sin as you might think, particularly when there’s a universe with this much (often conflicting) lore.
Edit: and what the heck does this have to do with geography?
I’m very apprehensive now that Dan Harmon’s gone.
I started watching Doctor Who on Netflix. I didn’t know where I should start, but I read a number of times that David Tennant was the best Doctor, so I started from the last episode of the Ninth Doctor, in which he becomes the Tenth.
It’s a bit confusing sometimes, especially when people come back from older seasons, or when things aren’t explained because they’ve been explained before I started watching, but overall I like it a lot. I was a little surprised at how many people die in the show though lol
4th doctor is the best doctor.
[COLOR=’#151515’]I don’t watch much Doctor Who.
Been getting into Homeland, it’s actually pretty good. Still only about halfway through the first season though, but it’s been pretty consistent in terms of quality and holding my interest so far. And oh my god, Morena Baccarin, HNNNG!
Nonsense, the 9th doctor is the best by far.
I only watched one episode with the 9th, but I didn’t like him much. He’s not a bad actor, but he doesn’t seem like a Doctor. It was like watching Jason Statham play the Doctor - not that it was really bad, but I feel like he’d be more at home slugging it out with some mooks rather than traveling time and space and giving speed-lectures on alien physiology.
If Jason Statham is the next Doctor, I will finally watch that terrible show.
It goes like this: Second>Fourth>Third>Ninth>First>Eleventh>Sixth>Seventh>The Valeyard>Tenth>Fifth.
Eighth doesn’t get to be in there because he didn’t have enough time to leave an impression.
Also the next Doctor should be played by Eddie Izzard.
You only missed one season of the current run. I suggest going back and watching it because there were quite a few small things that carried over into Tennant being The Doctor.
Right now shows that I want to see more of:
Top Gear (UK, love the hosts, haven’t tried US even though I live in the US…)
Doctor Who
The Walking Dead
Breaking Bad
Transformers Prime
Revolution
The Venture Brothers (I don’t remember Dean going emo or Hatred getting implants, I need to re-watch the last season…)
Shows that I watch but don’t feel compelled to keep watching. They pass the time, but I could easily go without them:
Grimm
Survivor
In the last two years, I’ve been getting into all these shows that get cancelled before the first season is over. And when I say “all these shows” I really just mean two:
Alcatraz
The Event
I need to know where those two were going
