Let's remake... Half-Life 2?

I’m also kind of a genius, but no psychiatrist I’ve seen can ever figure that one out for me. They either say that I’m devilishly smart, or nearly mentally handicapped.

Personally? At this point I’ve just resigned to calling myself the smartest, dumbass there is. So take take it from someone who’s always walking the gun. The best PC rigs for the money are always in the $900-$1099 range. These PC’s are usually always slightly more powerful than needed to run the latest games on maximum settings.

But I’m looking into the future as well. If you by something a bit outdated - but good. You’ll only get 1 year of the best HD graphics and power possible until your rig becomes outdated. With the model above - you can get almost 3 years of maximum or near 100% maximum settings before it needs updating.

So there. Logical, with a slight bit of stupidity added in. Which leads me to my next question. Why don’t you walk the gun?

All the verbal backtracking is just reinforcing what he said. Better quit while you still have dignity left

I just can’t.

I mean, everyone wants the best if they could afford it but not everyone needs it even if they could.

It’s like if tiki and sersoft had a kid

and abused him

edit: and Someonerandom (remember that fucker?) was the uncle

But sersoft wouldn’t spend a thousand bucks on a computer.

No one in their right mind would spend that much unless it was absolutely necessary. Which, it isn’t. Even if you want all the bells and whistles and such that a 1000 dollar computer can offer, you can build the same, if not better, computer for a few hundred less with some research and sale searching.

Hell, I don’t know much more about PC’s than the basic fundamentals, and I know that.

Also, what exactly does “walk the gun” mean? I’ve never heard such a phrase before. I’ve heard “walk the walk” and “jump the gun”.

My laptop cost 1000 euro 2 years ago and I can barely run shit on it. Price =/= quality hardware.

I think we’re done here.
