Left 4 Dead 2

Consoles are awesome for MP on the one system. Halo 3 with 3-4 people on a decent LCD is fucking amazing fun. Same with GoW, ODST and a whole raft of other games. Rock Band and Guitar Hero are great too.

Also I have an awesome PC as well as a 360 and a PS3. Consoles aren’t just for inept or computer illiterate people.

I have a super steam account though.

Just the rich ones. :stuck_out_tongue:

Maintaining a PC is probably more expensive. It always seems to be out of date.

Left 4 Dead is better on the PC because you have the DLC and you get to use Steam to play L4D with your friends. You don’t have that same multiplayer experience with Xbox Live. L4D2 sounds like it would be better on the PC instead of on the 360 or PS3. Besides that, you get automatic updates for the game.

I’m waitin’ 'til it’s dirt cheap.

Me too. At least 50% off.

Yup. I can live without the baseball bat. Especially since I just got the original.

The original bat or game :B

L4D2 here we come, I’m preordering.
.

Game.

On steam, it says pre orderers get access to the demo earlier. Does tht mean that non pre orderers can get the demo too?

People who pre-ordered the game get access to the demo a week earlier than those that did not pre-order the game.

I’ve heard from Gabe Himself that part of this is Valve trying out a quicker sequel release than normal.

Wish they thought of doing that with Episode 3 instead though :’(

Maybe they will next year…

THAAAAAAAANK YOOOOOOOU!
I was reading the GameTrailers comments section for the new Splinter Cell trailer, and he was bitching about “Mark and Execute,” which he called “auto-aim,” and said it was added in for the “console retards that use joysticks rather than a mouse and keyboard.” Seriously!

No.
Let Valve take their sweet ass time crafting Episode 3. I don’t want a rushed and unsatisfying ending to one of the best video game stories ever.

Although admittedly they could at least have different controls for the PC and the consoles.

Pre-purchased L4D2, glad it was unbanned in australia (even if it’s been modified) Can’t wait for the demo.

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
