Left 4 Dead 2

How so?

Screw Portal 2, bring on Ep3.

But yes L4D2 looks awesome, already bought it over steam.

Then it’s $33. I could wait until it’s almost as low as L4D1 is now, then buy a 4 pack. Then it would be about $23 each. If I waited for a sale, it would be even cheaper. But that’s all besides the point, since I have virtually no interest in buying the game to begin with.

Just got it gifted to me for my b-day. Happy fun time.

just preloaded the demo

I C U DEMO, lurking on my games list
.

well, I was going to preload the demo, but then Steam failed miserably at updating itself and deleted steam.exe, then crashed. So I’m repairing my installation now and it’s stuck at 0 seconds left.

EDIT: oh, there it goes. Hopefully it didn’t delete all my crap.

Left 4 Dead 2 looks awesome after I watched the trailer. I’ll play the L4D demo and then the L4D2 demo and see for myself.

Anyone else see the Latest trailer?

Bill: pREALOADING!

Yes on on Shacknews, i wish i could download it in HD on steam though :[

You can download it here if you want: https://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=994417

Well it was more the through steam part rather than the HD part, thanks any way

Then you’re in the wrong thread my friend.

Demo pre-loaded =D

Yes, it is so damn awesome, valve got enough power to make cgi movie.

It was fucking awesome!
Onw thing though: There’s no AMMO THAT SETS ZOMBIES ON FIRE!!!

Preloaded and ready to play. The next three days are going to be filled with Borderlands and L4D2.

For those of you complaining about the lack of gameplay in L4D; try out custom campaigns. Some of them are very well-crafted, intense, and the large amount of custom levels really supplements the stock ones nicely for gameplay value. I can only assume the same will hold true for L4D2 and we will see more awesome campaigns to download and play.

I pre-purchased it yesterday. The latest trailer was purely awesome. Can’t wait for the demo.

can you guarantee me that the game will not be boring after lets say two months?

It is still a game where you shoot zombies right? How long can that be fun really…

There are very few games that are not boring after two months of solid play. TF2 is the only one I can think of, and that had a 9 year development.
