Thanks to Wikipedia, I can at least say, if you buy it from Australian retailers, you will probably get the censored one.

As much as I think that there should be another rating between 15+ and rc, l4d2 is much, much more gory.
I’m in Melbourne, and yes, L4d 2 is incredible gory compared to many other games I’ve played

Good, the first one was gory-ish especially when they made a blood fountain from a pipe bomb, i just wish it was more, no L4D2 seems to have LOTS and lots of blood
I blew a hole through a zombies stomach with my shotgun. That zombies body became propped up on a wall so I could stick my characters head through that hole.
I can’t wait to see what the chainsaw will do, since it isn’t included in the demo.
Yeah I know, seeing how freaking gruesome and awesomely awesome this demo is really makes me want the full version sooner… L4D2’s demo definitely has had more of a “WOW!” factor for me than L4D did.

The walking witches are both annoying and awesome. I was playing on expert and doing pretty well (hadn’t gotten incaped once, which is good for me), and I was shooting zombies from a distance. Then I shot a witch, because from far away she doesn’t look much different than other zombies. Suffice to say, I got owned and it was annoying. But awesome at the same time.
On a side note, hacking up a hoard of zombies with a machete is amazing, especially with the new gore.

I had to download the update at school because my bandwidth ran out, it updated to 99% after hours of bitching about a server issue, then stopped. I still haven’t played it.

the one thing that really bothers me is how close the weapons are to the camera.
I like that, makes it feel like u got a big ass gun.
Except for with the magnum, because then it just makes me feel like I have arms that are 2 inches long. Not that I care that much. The Magnum is freakin’ awesome. As is the AK. And the SPAS. And every other weapon. By the way, are the two SMGs the same power-wise?
I’ve seen some vids. It virtually molests zombies, to say the least.
