Black Mesa co-op will pwn it! 
What the fuck, we’ve been waiting for months, even for years for some informations about HL2E3, and all we get is the next opus of a great fucking pwnage game? AWESOME. JUST AWESOME. But not as awesome as EP3 news are.
They are releasing it in November, that’s around the time that Black Mesa will probably be released… Valve really haven’t thought this through have they.

Valve’s announcements are today. I doubt L4D2 is the only thing they’ve got planned. Maybe videos of an updated Source engine or some EP3 media, but why would they reveal a sequel on a day they aren’t presenting? Probably to get everyone riled up and ticked off, making us believe that’s the only thing they have planned for this year.

Wow, L4D2 came totally out of nowhere. Don’t get me wrong, TF2 and L4D are both great games, but as of late it feels like Valve have been neglecting their single player game that made them famous. I see it this way, TF2 and L4D are its two new well-fed children, while HL2 is the older one that’s locked in the attic that gets seldomly fed. Chances are they probably are working on Ep3, but no one has heard any news about it since those concept art shots were released however long ago it was.
As for L4D2, cash grab or full blown sequel? I really don’t know what to think about it at this point in time.
Also, L4D2, what kind of uninspired, bland name is that?? I love how sequels these days are just the original title’s name with a big fat 2 stuck on the end, like they don’t have enough imagination to come up with some prefix on the original name. Left4Dead:The Second Wave or Left2Dead would’ve been better.

The hell were they smoking when they wrote that? There’s a fuck-tonne of old games that just plaster a new number on the end when it comes to a sequel, so I don’t know where that “games these days” comment came from.

You know what? Fuck Episode 3. It’s gonna suck just like all of the other episodes and will probably disappoint us more than this does.
If this disappointed me at all. I’m looking forward to fighting Katrina victim zombies in New Orleans and art students in Savannah with a frying pan.

Yeah, I loved Ep 1 and 2… And I’m certainly more excited about 3 than about L2D.
